AfSV Condemnation of Attack on Ahmet Kaya Center
24 December 2022– We condemn the racist attack on Paris Ahmet Kaya Kurdish Cultural Center on 23 December 2022 that claimed the lives of three people and injured several others.
We express our condolences to the families of those who lost their lives in the attack and wish a fast recovery to the injured.
This treacherous attack not only targeted the lives of individuals, but also the culture of living together in peace in France. We trust that the French authorities will investigate the attack in all its aspects and take necessary steps to prevent its repetition.
We pray to God to lead all humanity to see each other as members of one big family.
